Between making some great friends, planning my next stop, and drinking with pretty much the entire hostel, I managed to see a little of what Kuala Lumpur had to offer.
I got to see a great view of the Petronas Twin Towers, explored the Batu Caves, took a trip to the KL Bird Park and witnessed a pelican attack. Other than that, Kuala Lumpur was treated like the go between that most weary travelers use it as; a place for rest, meeting people, planning, and drinking with new friends.

Love the caves. There almost seemed to be phosphorescence along one of the walls.. I hope those pigeons weren’t dinner for someone.

As usual your pictures don’t disappoint. The bird portraits are awesome and love that you captured their souls in their eyes. What a beautiful part of the world.

No elevators and no, the kid was just a terror to the birds.
