Last week we decided to have a relaxing day and go to the Erawan National Park to see the 7-step waterfall and swim in the steps. All went well until the 7th step, when one of my travel mates decided that now would be a good time to walk in-between a momma monkey and her babies. Needless to say, it was not. But we got over the monkey bite and enjoyed ourselves before the eventual trip to the emergency room for a tetanus and rabies shot.

The water looks so refreshing. Great place to swim. Another great set of pictures.

Wonderful that caring people care for the ailing giants and the smaller ones too.
As always we are fascinated by the pics…you capture the animals and the surrounding areas in a way that makes us feel like we are there with you….Taking a cooling dip must have been terrific.
