Diving into the next adventure

Scuba diving has quickly become my passion since I first learned to dive on small island in Thailand. It has taken me from the icy waters of Iceland to plane wrecks in the Bahamas. Even with the diverse locations scattered through my logbook, my next trip is gearing itself up to be one hell of an adventure.

This trip will see me spending a week trekking around Israel, exploring Petra and the Pyramids, and wrapping it all up with a week out at sea diving up and down the coast of Egypt. This dive trip has me encountering many shark species I haven’t dived with before, including hammerheads, and exploring the ranked #2 wreck dive in the world.

Stay tuned for my experiences in Israel and Egypt. And until the next post take a look at some of the diving I have been up to over the last year!

  1. You’ve been planning this for a long time, with your usual dedication to getting the most out of your odyssey. I’m glad departure day is finally here. I will be living vicariously through your adventures, whether on camel or catamaran.

  2. Josh,
We wish you a wonderful and safe trip. We are looking forward to following your adventures and seeing all your pictures. Egypt is an obsession with my granddaughter Chloe who is 6 yrs old. I will be showing her your photos. Keep on traveling.
